Synopsis:
Throughout this year, an invisible enemy has posed a threat to everything we know and love, severe enough to even end lives. All around the world, we’ve been forced to stop everything and stay inside. As a result, the people that we love feel further away than ever, even if they reside in the same city or street. With Zoom and other video call services, it has become possible to see and speak with friends, family, partners, and co-workers, but it does not compare to the physical contact that is fundamental to our well-being as humans. This is a film to reflect upon our time in isolation and to highlight the way in which our relationships with friends and family have evolved, as well as the relationship we have with ourselves in this new normal.
